Representing Team Clubs & Holes, we were geared up and ready for the Bakersfield College Football Alumni Foundation’s annual golf tournament held at Rio Bravo Country Club in Bakersfield, California. With our preparation consisting of several practice rounds in the week leading up to the event, we honed our skills and fine-tuned our strategies. The tournament followed a thrilling 4 Man Scramble format, where the team played the best ball. Our collective efforts paid off as we showcased our golfing prowess. Standout moments included Mike’s clutch putts that contributed significantly to our team’s success. Ultimately, we broke even for the tournament, holding our own against a field of formidable competitors. The competition was intense, with esteemed golfers like Fred Prince and Ray Burris providing a tough challenge. Nevertheless, we maintained our competitive spirit and battled hard throughout the round, demonstrating our dedication to representing Team Clubs & Holes with pride and skill.
